North Phyongan Province Intensifies Organization and Guidance over Law-abiding Life

 

Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) — North Phyongan Province of the DPRK is directing efforts to the organization and guidance over the law-abiding life.

Changsong County places strict demands on the officials of all the units so that they popularly explain the laws in combination with reality and the education in law observance proves effective in the struggle to implement the decisions of the Workers’ Party of Korea, thus adding glory to the honor of a model law-observance county.

The North Phyongan Provincial Fuel Company, the Pakchon Silk Mill, the Heat Exchanger Shop of the Ragwon Oxygen Separator Factory under the Ragwon General Machine Enterprise, the agricultural production branch of the Sindo County Reed Combined Farm and other exemplary law-observance units are leading all the working people to fulfill their duty as citizens of the DPRK.

The socialist law-observance guidance committees in Unsan, Phihyon and Tongchang counties are enhancing the role of the chief explainers and explainers of the judicial affairs in all organs and units in the region, thus making sure that the working people, inhabitants and students are acquiring the habit of absolutely respecting and abiding the state laws.

Kujang, Pakchon and Sakju counties are organizing lectures and explanatory meetings on the subject of the education in law-observance on several occasions to inform the masses of the advantages and popular character of the Constitution of the DPRK.

Cholsan, Ryongchon and Nyongbyon counties are stepping up the movement for winning the title of Model Law-Observance Unit in a purposeful way and distributing the newly-adopted, revised and supplemented data on judicial affairs to every institution, factory, farm, school, dong and neighborhood unit. And they are enhancing the effectiveness of the education in law-observance to make the working people and residents strictly observe the legal requirements in their production activities and daily life.

The chief explainers and explainers of judicial affairs at the provincial rural economy committee, the provincial land and environmental conservation bureau and the provincial foreign trade administration bureau are enhancing the law-abiding spirit of their employees in various forms and methods with educational means.
