Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) — Ri Jong Guk, section chief of the Institute of Agro-chemicalization under the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, is one of the DPRK’s best scientists and technicians for 2025.

He took the lead in developing a seed-covering material “Phungnyonmo-1”.

He made a contribution to developing an efficacious multifunctional seed-covering material and perfecting the method of industrial production of rice seedlings.
