Pyongyang, June 11 (KCNA) — The Contest of Skilled Workers with Different Jobs in Various Sectors of National Economy-2026 opened at the Kumsong Tractor Factory in the DPRK on June 10.

The contest, divided into lathe, sheet metal processing, plastering, sewing and bread-making, will bring together excellent skilled workers selected from ministries and national agencies including the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and the Pyongyang Construction Commission and from people’s committees in Pyongyang Municipality and all provinces.

A speech was made at the opening ceremony attended by officials concerned, participants in the contest and employees of the factory.
