Pyongyang, June 14 (KCNA) — The World Festival of Circus Art “Idol-2026” took place in Moscow of Russia from May 30 to June 7.

The festival brought together more than 180 excellent acrobats from twelve countries including the DPRK, China, Russia, Mongolia and Italy.

At the physical acrobatics “Wire-rope Walking”, the DPRK acrobats were acclaimed by the audience for their wonderful skills on an 8-meter high wire-rope.

At a prize-awarding ceremony, the Grand Prize, the highest prize of the festival, and other gold prizes were awarded to the DPRK’s physical acrobatics “Wire-rope Walking” and the Idol silver prize to the physical acrobatics “Balancing Etude”.
