Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) — According to Rodong Sinmun, curative and preventive organizations across the DPRK are directing efforts to developing Koryo medicine in conformity with the constitutional character of the Korean people.

The Koryo Medicine General Hospital developed a support system for Koryo therapy.

This system is the one that helps diagnose internal diseases with Koryo medical methods by using artificial intelligence and put Koryo medicine prescription and acupuncture prescription on a scientific basis.

The system which won a certificate of introduction of the state sci-tech achievements last year has been introduced into the newly-built city and county hospitals including the Kangdong County Hospital.

The South Hwanghae Provincial Hospital of Koryo Medicine has made progress in the treatment of various chronic and intractable diseases by setting up a new acupoint prescription conducive to putting acupuncture and moxibustion on a scientific basis.

An apparatus for Koryo therapy, developed by the Hamhung City Hospital, was highly appreciated at the 39th National Festival of Science and Technology held this year.
