Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) — A delegation of educationists of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) left here on Saturday after taking part in the 15th National Conference of Teachers.

It was seen off by Ri Chang Sik, vice-minister of Education, Kim Ho Chol, director of the Overseas Koreans’ Affairs Administration, and officials concerned at Pyongyang International Airport.
