Pyongyang, October 22 (KCNA) — The Samjiyon Tour Exhibition-2026 took place in Samjiyon City of the DPRK from October 19 to 21.

The exhibition on the theme of “To ensure mountain sightseeing in a diverse and peculiar way” brought together dozens of units in Pyongyang and local areas, including the Korean International Travel Company and the South Phyongan Provincial Tourism Management Bureau.

The tourism resources in the area of Samjiyon, the characteristics of tourist organization units, tour schedules drawn up in conformity with seasonal conditions, videos and travel books drew interests of the participants.

During the exhibition there were an introduction of touring schedules, reception of tourist applications, and a presentation of experience gained in the course of development and propagation of goods, recruitment of tourists and execution of tourist schedules.
