Pyongyang, December 19 (KCNA) — According to Minju Joson, a modern sea cucumber culture ground was built at the Kumipho Fishery Station of the DPRK.

The construction of the ground, furnished with facilities and scientific research conditions for mass-producing young sea cucumbers, including a general control room, filtering room, room for pedigree culture, laboratory and feed processing room, makes it possible to lay a foundation for breeding nutritious sea cucumbers on a large scale.

The Ministry of Fisheries and officials and employees of the fishery station are making such preparations for operation as securing species and feed.
