Pyongyang, March 8 (KCNA) — A congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan led by Ko Tok U, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, and a congratulatory group of the General Association of Koreans in China led by Chairwoman Choe Un Bok left here on March 7 after visiting the homeland on the occasion of the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

They were seen off by officials concerned at Pyongyang International Airport.
