
Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) — An artistic performance was given at the Ice Rink on March 26 to welcome Aleksandr Lukashenko, president of the Republic of Belarus, on an official visit to the DPRK with the friendly feelings of the Belarusian people.
Comrade Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, enjoyed the performance together with Comrade Aleksandr Lukashenko, president of the Republic of Belarus.
When Kim Jong Un appeared in the auditorium together with Aleksandr Lukashenko, the audience greeted them with enthusiastic applause.
Present there on invitation were Yuri Shuleiko, deputy prime minister of the government of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, minister of Foreign Affairs, Aleksandr Khodzhayev, minister of Public Health, Andrei Ivanets, minister of Education, Andrei Kuznetsov, minister of Industry, and other suite members.
Among the audience were Ri Il Hwan and Kim Song Nam, secretaries of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the DPRK, Kim Tok Hun, first vice-premier of the Cabinet, Kim Yo Jong, department director of the WPK Central Committee, officials of the Foreign Ministry, officials concerned and Pyongyangites.
The national anthems of the Republic of Belarus and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea were played.

Put on the stage were colorful numbers prepared for the close friends.
Through famous songs on patriotism, the performers truthfully represented the genuine love for the country and the feelings of devotion to it and the ardent desire of the DPRK people to build a powerful state without fail.
The graceful and impressive rhythm of figure skating and cheerful tune of folk songs revved up the atmosphere of the performance, creating a beautiful and fascinating lyric world.
When Belarusian songs were played, the audience expressed friendly feelings, waving the national flags of the two countries.
The performance was acclaimed by the audience as it represented with rich artistry the common thoughts and feelings of the two peoples struggling to defend international justice and peace and promote the national prosperity and the people’s well-being.

When the performance ended, enthusiastic applause broke out again.
Kim Jong Un and Aleksandr Lukashenko extended thanks to the performers for their wonderful performance.
