
Pyongyang, March 26 (KCNA) — Alexandr Lukashenko, president of the Republic of Belarus, on an official visit to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun on March 25 to pay his high regard to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Among the visitors were Yuri Shuleiko, deputy prime minister of the government of the Republic of Belarus, and other entourage members.
Accompanying them were Kim Tok Hun, member of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and first vice-premier of the Cabinet.
A floral basket in the name of Alexandr Lukashenko was placed at the statues of the President and the Chairman.
Written on the ribbon of the flower basket were the letters reading “High tribute to the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung and the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il”.
Alexandr Lukashenko laid a bouquet sent by Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation.
He made an entry in the visitor’s book.
