Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) — The Puhung Cement Factory in the DPRK carried out the blasting of 350 000 cubic meters of earth on October 22.

The successful blasting opened up a bright prospect for sending more cement to the construction sites seething with the drive to implement the policies of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
