Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) — There took place a ceremony for the 12th-term graduation and the start of the 14th-term of the Vocational Technology College for Disabled Persons affiliated with the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled on May 2.

Present there were Jon Chol Hi, chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, teaching staff, graduates, new students and parents.

Speeches were made at the ceremony.
