Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) — According to Rodong Sinmun, the Control Machine Institute under the State Academy of Sciences in the DPRK developed a driving device for glass automatic door in its own way.

The institute ensured smooth opening and closing of glass automatic door in the method of speed control suited to the world trend and solved sci-tech problems arising in applying superior function. On this basis, it developed a high-quality and low-cost driving device for glass automatic door in a short span of time and introduced it into the entrance of a newly built major project.

This proposal won the new technology goods development prize at the 39th National Festival of Science and Technology.
