Pyongyang, June 12 (KCNA) — North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK is concentrating its efforts on the development of educational aid programs designed to improve the intellectual faculties and creative and practical abilities of students and their introduction into teaching practice, according to Rodong Sinmun.

An exhibition of educational aid programs was held as part of the efforts.

Presented to it were hundreds of educational aid programs developed by teachers and researchers in the field of education in the province.

The exhibition featured programs presented by Chongjin University of Medicine, Chongjin O Jung Hup University of Education and Chongjin Commercial Service College. These programs are clear in pedagogical effectiveness and conducive to putting education on a modern and IT basis of a higher level.

Educational units in cities and counties (districts), too, exhibited a lot of programs.

During the exhibition the participants exchanged and shared successes and experience gained in the efforts to put education on a modern and IT basis of a higher level.
