Pyongyang, April 23 (KCNA) — The Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade involved in the fifth-stage construction of the Hwasong area completed the foundation excavation for dwelling houses and is pushing ahead with the ground concrete tamping.

The Rason Municipal Brigade finished the foundation excavation of thousands of cubic meters in a short span of time and increased the operation rate of vibrating compactors while speeding up the transportation of mixture by introducing advanced working methods in conformity with unfavorable field conditions.

The Pyongyang Municipal Brigade has reinforced the skilled workers by organizing a process-by-process show and field technology study while installing concrete mixers near construction sites and giving precedence to the supply of sand and gravel.

Members of the High-Speed Youth Shock Brigade have fulfilled their daily assignments without fail by raising the operation rate of truck mixer and hydraulic truck crane and applying efficient working methods.

North Phyongan and South Hwanghae provincial brigades are directing efforts to strengthening the ties between processes and realigning the surrounding areas.

The Kaesong Municipal Brigade, the Kangwon Provincial Brigade, the battalion of the Pyongyang Construction Commission and other construction units are pushing ahead with the projects while ensuring the normal operation of construction equipment and rationally deploying construction forces.
