Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) — Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to her Philippine counterpart Maria Theresa Parreno Lazaro on June 12 on the occasion of the 128th anniversary of the independence of the Philippines.

The message expressed belief that the bilateral relations would develop on good terms.
