Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) — Ryanggang Province of the DPRK is directing efforts to the land management.
The province has reinforced the embankment extending over 1.3 million cubic meters and the retaining wall of more than 300,000 square meters along the Amnok River.
It is stepping up the technical updating of roads while observing the requirements of construction.
It has concentrated efforts on the ecological environment protection, mobilizing excavators and trucks for the digging of river beds, planting the bare land with turf, remodeling the sewage purifying sites and realigning sewerage networks.
Bridges and culverts in various places are being repaired as planned.
