Pyongyang, June 15 (KCNA) — Officials and workers of the Munchon Valve Factory in the DPRK have made uninterrupted innovations every day in the production of various kinds of valves after fulfilling the first half-yearly national economic plan.

The factory launched information and motivation work to arouse the working masses’ enthusiasm, while conducting the operation and command to qualitatively carry out its production assignments in time.

The production capacity of various kinds of castings increased 1.4 times as compared with the previous time.

It has developed and introduced efficient jigs and equipment to raise the quality of products and ensure the stability of production while qualitatively processing and assembling the valves of various sizes.

The factory has increased the operation rate of rolling mills and drawing machines by recycling gears of reducer, thus increasing the production of various kinds of materials.

It boosts the production by repairing and maintaining transformers, electric motors and other equipment in a responsible manner.

Its technical team put the existing equipment on a CNC basis to increase the processing speed of products and raise their precision and established an advanced pig iron melting method, thus contributing to carrying out the plans.
