Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) — The Musan Mining Complex in the DPRK on Sunday succeeded in the blasting of one million cubic meters of earth for the fourth time this year.

The successful blasting provides a sure guarantee for carrying out the tasks for the first year of the new Five-Year Plan for national economic development set forth at the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
