Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) — A new city teachers’ retraining institute has been built in Phyongsong City, according to Rodong Sinmun.

After building up its commanding and construction forces, the city launched a project to complete the construction at a high qualitative level.

The city furnished the institute with educational equipment, teaching aids and other things.

It is making full preparations for operating the institute.
