Pyongyang, April 15 (KCNA) — Pak Thae Song, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a congratulatory message from Manuel Marrero Cruz, president of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, on April 1.

The message extended congratulations to Pak Thae Song on his appointment as premier of the DPRK Cabinet.

Saying that they regard it as a priority to preserve and expand the fraternal ties between the governments and peoples of the two countries, the message expressed the will to continue to maintain the close bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation.
