Pyongyang, February 17 (KCNA) — Nicaraguan Ambassador to the DPRK Manuel Modesto Munguia Martinez laid a flower basket before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill on Monday to mark the Day of the Shining Star.
