Pyongyang, March 12 (KCNA) — A ceremony of dispatching information and motivation forces and means was held in Pyongyang on March 11 to arouse the Party members and other working people to the drive for implementing the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the First Plenary Meeting of the Ninth Central Committee of the WPK.

The ceremony first learned about the information and motivation means including slogans, mottos, flash news boards, acoustic amplifiers prepared by districts, and stressed the methodological issues for conducting information and motivation activities in various forms to suit the characteristics of objects and production sites.

Speeches were made there.

After the ceremony, primary Party information workers, mobile artistic motivation team members and announcers left for the Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant and the East Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant. They conducted motivation activities on the spots to encourage the working people to increase production.
