Pyongyang, April 19 (KCNA) — Officers and men of the Korean People’s Army, dispatched to Musan and Myonggan counties, are fully displaying the staunch offensive spirit and indomitable fighting spirit peculiar to the revolutionary army in the vanguard of the struggle for implementing the regional development policy in the new era.

Foundation and framing work for regional industrial factories, hospitals and leisure complexes is being pushed forward as planned thanks to the boundless loyalty and patriotism of the soldier-builders.

The officers and men of the 124th Regiment of the KPA are stepping up the framing work after finishing foundation work in a short span of time by using efficient construction equipment and tools while meeting the requirements of design and construction.

Meanwhile, they are improving technical skills through technical study and contest of skilled workers, fulfilling the requirements of construction in every process and directing efforts to landscaping and realigning the surrounding areas.

The sub-units in charge of the construction of the hospitals are also fulfilling their daily plan without fail by rationally allocating construction forces, construction equipment and means, assigning duties and enhancing the role of skilled workers.

The service personnel, involved in the construction of modern leisure complexes, are pushing ahead with the foundation concrete tamping after finishing the work to raise the ground level by increasing the operation rate of excavators, hydraulic loaders and trucks.
