Pyongyang, April 22 (KCNA) — The Munchon Valve Factory in the DPRK is producing efficient goods.

Workers and technicians of its casting workshop have raised the quality and output of materials while making the field technology study purposefully according to their occupational categories.

The youth processing workshop and the high-pressure valve workshop introduced valuable technical innovation and rationalization proposals and efficient working methods to process and assemble valves of various sizes in a qualitative way.

The rolling workshop has operated the sci-tech learning space to increase the technical and skill level of workers and raise the operation rate of rolling mills and drawing machines, thus increasing the production of various kinds of parts needed for valve production.

The factory has updated the performance of equipment and maintained the centrifugal casting machine while pushing ahead with the technical innovation for prolonging the life of rolls.

It raised the processing speed and precision of products by putting existing equipment on a CNC basis and established an advanced pig iron melting method.
